So often we look for God in the big, the loud and the flashy. But I’ve discovered He is much more likely to be found in the things that are little, quiet and simple. I came to this conclusion with the help of a small, brown dog. Several years ago, we “inherited” a stubborn little dachshund named Cosmo. It was during my daily interactions with this little guy that my book 31 Spiritual I Learned From My Dog came to be. I began to see parallels between my own relationship with Como as his master, and my relationship with God as my Master.
